We had a full moon here few days ago. When I looked at the moon in the sky last evening it still glimpsed like a full moon, because it was looking quite big. But I was a little amazed to see the moon in the evening because it glared like a beautiful red sun which we usually observe during sunset. But as the night progressed, the moon reimbursed to its origin and was shining like bright and white. Since last night was the last day of the year, the moon seemed to be lost in the throng of Fanush (sky lantern) on Thirtyfirst Night. The whole sky was ablaze with sky lantern and fireworks in preparation for the New Year celebrations. People all over the world and we welcomed the new year with a new hope and enthusiasm. Happy new year 2021.
Today is January 1, 2021, the beginning of a new day and a new year. Although today's morning is like any other day but this morning conveys some special meaning. Today everyone expects to forget all the sorrows of the old year and successfully walk the new path for the new year. But it is very important to comprehend from the misery of the old years and learn from them to be motivated to follow the right path from the mistakes. So the sunrise of this morning is very distinct from the sun of other days especially for me.
Coronavirus pandemic was a big stampede name for people around the world last year. We have entered this new year with this deadly virus also. But hopefully a vaccine for the virus has already been discovered and it is expected that more people around the world will be vaccinated this year. So, we can hope that this year maybe this destructive virus will be eradicated from the earth.
This new year will be a big challenge in the economic sector. Last year, the whole world went through an economic recession. Many small companies have been forced to shut down their operations as profit margins were drastically dropped and turned to a loss business. Even many large companies have laid off their officers and employees. As a result, thousands of people worldwide have lost their jobs. They are now spending their days with anxiety with their family members, and moving towards an uncertain future. The unfortunate people of this class are therefore looking forward to the new year for something to better happen. So, like them, we hope that in the new year the economy will pick up and these people will join new jobs.
For those of us who work with blockchain and cryptocurrency, 2020 has not been a happy year. Although Bitcoin prices have risen sharply by the end of the year, major altcoins prices have fallen snappily. Since we work in the Hive blockchain, we hope for something better in this platform this year. We hope many more new and promising writers will come here and enrich this platform. So, above all we expect that the prices of altcoins like Bitcoin will increase this year.
Last but not least we hope that 2021 will be a peaceful year. We do not want to see any kind of caste discrimination and fighting in the name of religion. At the beginning of the new day of the new year, let the light of humanity shine all over the world. This is the expectation of today.
