Just as the atmosphere change from time to time, our tradition, culture and vogue changes over time. One of the new Bangla month Asshin has just started up. This month falls under autumn. I generally like autumn for Catkins(কাশফুল). The white clouds in the sky, and the Catkins in the ground are swaying in the wind like the waves of the sea. It's a wonderful sight. When I dwelled in the village, I used to sit by the river and enjoyed the game of white catkins with the haze.
Nature is deviating very fast. It would not have felt so hot a decade ago at this time. Gradually the vegetation around us is declining. As a result, global warming is increasing. People are building houses and factories cutting the trees. Eventually, the black smoke from the mills is polluting the world. The world is losing its equilibrium due to greenhouse gases, which are inflicting various natural disasters, including heavy rainfall and drought.
A few days ago I went to the village. I went out for a walk in the afternoon and saw greenery all around. Seeing so much green around, my eyes emerged. So much green is rarely seen in the city. I was walking and thinking that maybe this village still keeps the climate of our country alive. The people of the village regularly plant trees. Whenever they get a little space, they plant different kinds of fruit trees there. Although the people of the city have the will, it is not possible for them to do this work due to lack of space. However, nowadays the people of the city are planting different types of saplings on their roofs. This is undoubtedly a good initiative.
Along with climate our decor and tradition all are changing. When I was studying in Intermediate, the tight type pants was in trend. After a decade, I see that the old fashion has come back. There has been a lot of change in the way women dress and function these days. However, the fashion of women's clothing in this country largely depends on the heroines of TV serials. However, it does not apply to all classes of women rather applies to them who are addicted to TV serials.
Anyway I was very much enjoying walking that afternoon. When I was walking, I did not notice that evening had tumbled. The trees were looking beautiful in the soft sunset light. I have shared some pictures of that time with you in this article.
