Hope you all are doing great.
My day started with a bad news. At present my mother is staying at my younger brother’s home. In the early morning my father called and informed me that mother’s health is not good. So, immediately I started to my brother’s home.
At present I am staying there. As I was taking care of my mother, I could not do any exercise today. My all steps count are based on walking. Overall I could manage 5K+ steps today.
