As democracy is perfected, I have never voted in my life...They're so keen on tricking one another all the time that they elect governments. To permit irresponsible authority is to sell disaster. The difference between a democracy and a dictatorship is that in a democracy you vote first and take orders later; in a dictatorship you don't have to waste your time voting. Procedures in place nationally.
