Does anyone know which bird is this?

An hour ago my friend and I found this bird on the street. It is hurt and does not have feathers under the wings and the neck.

It does not want to eat bread or seeds, it can not fly, it has only consumed a lot of water. At first we thought it is pigeon but we are not sure about that since we noticed it has a bit different beak.

We would really like to help so if anyone knows what kind of bird is this, please leave it in comment or private message me in chat.

It is separated now from both cat and dog who were really interested in seeing what kind of strange being is this.
