Following the departure of Susan Wojcicki, YouTube appoints a new exec Neal Mohan who is believed to be Web3 friendly.
Wojcicki had a nine years of tenure with YouTube and then stepping down establishing a "new chapter" of plans centred on family, health, and individual projects.

She will remain an advisor to Alphabet Inc, a Goggle's parent company.
Neal Mohan served with YouTube as a Cheif Product Officer before becoming the new CEO at YouTube.
Neal Mohan is said to have outlined tentative plans back in February 2022 to integrate new features like metaverse based content experience and tokenization of content through NFTs.
Mohan believed that NFTs could give a new way of engagement for content creators with the audience and also adding to their earning ways.
Despite these intensions from Mohan, his plans related to Web3 still are awaiting to be materialized but let's see now if he is going to push for his plans after becoming leader of the platform.
