Is the government continuing to back the assets helfd at the closed banks, specially those banks which collapsed holding crypto investments. And how the sentiments of investors shift.

There are factors at play, but the question is there, will the crypto market recover? Well, it's impossible to predict the trajectory of crypto as like all other investments, there is never a guarantee of return and performance. But what we know from the history, people have made profits and losses over time with this type of investment and this dual reality is likely to continue.
Cryptocurrency is a highly speculative investment which has a history of dramatic ups and downs. It has experienced crashes before.
For investors, the crypto market has served as a safe haven and a source of unpredictability but its said that crypto is beginning to behave more like the traditional asset classes.
Although, crypto is expanding with many people joining the space and multiple companies accepting it as a form of payment, no one knows if today's coins will be around decades from now.
