What is Hive for me? Hmm, well I can't say anything for now as I am not making much out of Hive. If I could make at least $100 a month that would be enough for me.
Since I am a hodler and believe in Hodling, I may not like to cash out from Hive but as with the high inflation and low salary, it sometimes make me think of cashing out some Hive.
I do believe Hive has a potential of having a good impact on our financial life and for that reason I do try to show up on daily basis. I does feel a little frustrating when my posts ain't making much but I guess that's okay. It's not in my hands, what's in my hand is keep trying and try showing up on daily basis.

I have been seeing some good content across lately like users covering their travel with photos, food etc. This is where the value lies for Hive as a social media platform.
We need a bunch more people to share their stories, travel, food etc so that we may create a strong community that could have an impact in the internet world and go mainstream.
I know that sounds a bit exaggerating to say, Hive going mainstream but it's not impossible. Things don't happen overnight and Hive would need more time to thrive, but only in case if we had a strong community backing the platform.
This is where the power of engagement comes into play. Community engagement is the key to the success of a platform. What's Twitter? It's about engagement.
Now that we have LeoThreads as well, Hivers have a chance to share some of their short form content or twitter type threading on Hive as well.
Short form content to me is sort of interesting stuff. It takes little time to read and write but conveys your message in a short span of time.
Good to see these different projects being created over Hive because these are the projects that adds value to Hive.
