Well, scammers try to find different ways scamming people which I sometime feel if they used these type of efforts in positivity they might be making more than what they snatch in these scams.

Anyway, if you are aware of Binance P2P where you would find these merchants through whom you can get Fiat in your local bank sending them USDT etc. Now, I say, USDT as I have sent them USDT to pay me in Fiat. I have used P2P probably two times and so far I didn't face any odd situation.

Yellow Card Academy

But recently, I saw a post in a crypto group where a user have asked for an urgent help. Now, I have no idea which platform he or she has used but it does look like its on Binance.

According to that user, he/she received payment in local currency from a guy who bought USDT from him/her. He/she said that that guy has then called to the bank that he or she mistakenly send payment. Resultantly bank has frozen her account.

This is probably one kind of a scam that you might not see too often.

Some people did reply that you should report to Binance about this merchant.

But anyway, its important to send your USDT to the merchant who has some background and has dealt with a good amount of users before. But again, there is no guarantee that this type of merchant may not scam but at least you might have a chance to lower the risk of a scam seeing a merchant's past history.

Binance has to make some policies for the merchants registering with them in order to minimize risks and scams for the users.

Any thoughts?
