According to Palihapitiya, the crypto sector has pushed the boundaries to the regulators and as a result the good actors in the industry are now paying the price for the actions of those who pushed the boundaries.

The impact of the regulations on crypto in US can be seen in the growing list of enforcement actions that are taken against different crypto firms. Like the SEC issuing warnings to the crypto exchange Coinbase and charging Bittrex and former CEO. These the things that is said to have cause uncertainty in the industry.
