It was the yearly Carnival Time after long year of Pandemic Lockdown, in May 2021. Yes, it is cold and can snow even in May in Minnesota. My family with a two year old toddler went to carnival, enjoyed a few rides, had some delicious cotton candy. After few hours there we went to inside the mall for the Toddler's playtime. Interestingly, my toddler had a opportunity to shop at the local (toy) grocery store (in play area).
