Oh look. A scientifically proven method of protecting against at least one path of exposure to a virus was ignored in preference of believing in a mystical being. And, oh look, the belief in a mystical being didn’t result in the ignorantly expected outcome.

Big surprise right there.

Interestingly, there are many people in India who have never even considered the possibility that a god doesn’t exist. Atheists (or at least openly atheist) are a little on the rare side there.
