This is the poor tree in my back yard. It's been getting more water than it could ever wish for here lately. Thankfully the flooding has subsided since I took this, but the rain has not totally stopped. We are actually expecting rain on and off, every day, for the next couple of weeks.
Good for the plants, bad for our walks. The sun is suppose to peek its head out on Friday, maybe we can find a nice path to walk on. Anything else will be a muddy mess.
Speaking of walks, I have lost a total of ten pounds with the Intermittent Fasting. It's slowed since that 1st week but its still a decent amount to lose so I am happy.
I've been doing great at sticking to my twelve noon to eight pm eating time. Although, some days are easier than others. Water and a fair amount of will power has helped get me through till noon each day.
It has also made me very aware of what time of day it is. Especially as it draws closer to noon. Ha!
With just the ten pounds off me I have noticed a difference when walking. I am not tiring out as quickly as I did before. That is also encouraging.
I can't wait to have more sunny days so we can continue to take our daily walks.
