Brother Eli teaching Mindful Eating, it was written in the biblical principle, which was the roozed deeply on the faith and science.

I realized that the Bible teaches us in 1 Timothy 4:5 that every creature of God is good. And we should receive all this in heaven, led by prayer and the word. So, from this perspective, transform our approach on the food also. Not just what we eat, but how we eat it.

Eating with a peaceful heart, free from bitterness, with scientific findings, distress, negatively affects our digestion and our health. This means like a dry muscle, eating in quietness can also nourish our body better.

Let us not eat too much, Brother Eli towards us, I guess, combining those foods like meat and milk, which is divided by obese and supposed to digestive conflict. Instead of advocating for fresh, all-purpose food, there is a natural provision like fruits and vegetables.

When we eat with faith and gratitude, we are praying before meals, we are inviting God's blessing, assuring that food is threatened rather than hammered. Let us embrace this wisdom. Eat simply, pray sincerely and God will give you peace.

Let us not eat too much, but if you eat, then we are not going to suffer, we are not going to suffer, but eat something that is just right. So, let us not eat junk food.
