Hello steemian, today I'm going to write about am I a great teacher VS what is the criteria to be the great teacher?
WHAT DO I THINK ABOUT THE CRITERIA THAT MAKES A GREAT TEACHER WHEN I STILL A STUDENT?
1. TEACHER THAT INSPIRED STUDENTS
The best teachers are those who can inspire their students. Some of the greatest teachers I have had are those who have made me excited to come to school and learn more each day. Not only that, I have also found that really great teachers push their students to become better by not giving "easy" marks.
2. TEACHER THAT ENCOURAGED STUDENTS
A great teacher needs to be kind to students, and encourage them if they don't get the best results in their exams. A great teacher should also be creative and invent some fun in new teaching methods.
3. EVERYONE LOVES A COMEDIAN!
A teacher who jokes around all day, a teacher who turns your frown upside down, a teacher who enjoys tapping someone on their shoulder and blaming it on someone else. A teacher who always puts a smile on your face, and a teacher who keeps the class awake and entertained. Now, that's what I call a great teacher!
After I became a teacher, I really want to be the great one. But I realize my journey to be one of the great teachers is still far away! When teaching, i always improvise and trying many methods to attract the student's attention and make the lesson is more fun. This will help to increase the student's motivation.
