Hello steemians, it so proud, optimistic, excited and nerve-racking, these are some of the emotions that envelop the first-time (youth) voters as we gear up to cast to decide the ruling government for the next five years 馃嚥馃嚲.
When is voting?
Campaigning ends on Tuesday(today). Malaysia goes to the polls on Wednesday 9 May (Which means tomorrow) to decide who will be the next prime minister.
Hot Issue!
The decision to set the vote during the middle of the week was seen as discouraging millions of Malaysians living abroad from returning home to vote. Ticket flight is expensive! Because of this, Government declares May 9 a public holiday so that more people can cast their votes.

Hopes for CLEAN ELECTION
THE general election to come will be the dirtiest in the nation鈥檚 history and perhaps even the world, former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad said today. Source
My hope and prayer for this election is all candidates will play clean. I just want a peace, fair justice, and good government. So in God we Pray, change we Must!
