Yearly, Dad plant tomatoes inside the greenhouse. And today I am helping him to prepare pots were the tomato plants will be put on. We really enjoyed the harvest of last year! It's just that we are having just "Shirley" this time, unlike last year that we have different varieties.
So we need three big pots for this. We buried it so it will just be in place. Dad's legs not so good so he makes sure he not stumble on pots and knock it down.
Just put half of the compost so I could have space to tie the cord around the stick unto the pots. We just need bamboo stick and cord. Dad already made holes so I can just do this bit.
And it ended up to this.
See the cord that holds up the stick.
Keeping the foundation firm and strong. I had a hard time twisting the cord with the pliers hahaha. It's not an easy job lol.
Then it's set up. This would be a good pot with good support for the growing tomatoes.
You will see that wee plant grow up to the top like this.
And I was amazed by that.
And while we're working out here, the little worker doing hers.
She loves watering the plants and if we're not watching her she'll be enjoying herself in the mud. Lolo helping her out.
Yeah, water the pear tree baby. Not the grass.
And just today I find out that this is dandelion! Imagine I didn't know that this is dandelion! OMG! Poor me.
I cannot finish what we are doing. We run out of compost. Though we have lots, I cannot carry it out so I need to wait for my husband to do it for me.
Gotta go! I feel roasted here in the greenhouse. This is the hottest day ever! And it's unbelievable. Rainy days again starting tomorrow gotta appreciate this then.
THANK YOU SO MUCH!
