To improve your life, no routine is more important than the other.
It really depends on you. For me, reading is kind of important.
But don’t just read anything. Instead, read something that makes you smarter and happier. You can start reading a blog post that assists you on a specific goal such as how to brew better coffee; or reading a book on a specific topic like leadership.
Try to make it consistent. That’s the key, just like how I’m going to write 100 plus words a day.
I read books on various topics, from self-help, human behavior, fitness, business, leadership, to personal finance. I read every day, and I had completed 40 books in the past 20 months.
You don’t need to read as fast as some avid readers. Instead, be consistent. I prefer to go with the book slowly, digest the ideas and implement them are what take you beyond just reading.
