Change your study place from time to time.
Try a different gym, or a different sports/training routine.
Practice your breathing outside your room.
Travel to a different place, meet strange people, make new friends and live there for a while.
You know it has to do with exploring the world, finding your true-self, experiencing new things and learn different things.
But this is not what I’m going to talk about.
That’s because changing your context (environment) enhance your learning.
Each alteration of the routine enriches the skills being rehearsed, making them sharper and more accessible for a longer period of time.
