Make a daily to-do list.
It gives you a reason to wake up in the morning and continue the day. It provides you a sense of direction and an area of focus.
I do it every night before the day, some do it first thing first in the morning.
You don’t need to write down every single thing you need to get done, or every tiny teeny matter that come across your mind. Instead, focus on the important ones.
That’s it. Focus on these six and nothing else.
You can add some short notes — ideas, tips, reminders below the list. At the end of the day, spend 5 minutes to reflect and review your productivity.
