I struggled with exactly this issue as I was working on this and the witnesses managed by multiple accounts is the part that pushed me to this format. Each row is an asynchronous call so there is no ordering

As you might have guessed, this came up earlier today so I'm already working on this! And it shouldn't be too hard to implement so I should have an update out shortly.
