As for the use of Ibis Painter and Infinite Painter, I often use the former for sketches and outlining. Once that's done, I move to Infinite Painter to do greyscale value blocking, then move to colour overlaying and adding textures etc.
In this particular instance, I did most of everything in Ibis Painter (that's the footage in the video) and did the textures and background on Infinite Painter. Unfortunately, Infinite Painter is hit or miss when it comes to recording processes and I think it's a hardware problem, and to fix that I need a better graphic tablet or display tablet. Due to financial restriction, that'll have to wait until I can afford it.
After I'm done with the painting I use Photoshop Express for filter effects to make it pop.
