Interesting, I definitely would just automatically assume there's some kind of corruption happening there with either the local government or the police force involved with that place operating. Because, I'd guess selling weed in that country probably has some harsh jail time behind it. Someone probably realized they can make a fuck ton of money just running a pseudo dispensary, so why not cash in on it instead of shutting it down.
