What a fucking dumpster fire of regulations. Honestly some of the most silk brained sounding shit I've heard in awhile. I'm pro mask and everything, but, there's literally no point to making people wear them on the beach if they don't have to wear them indoors as well. That's just very god damn dumb and pointless.
