For sure, but it's expected at walmart, sadly. Especially with collectible cards being a big obsession for people. Pokemon in particular is an actual nightmare to get a hold of because of scalpers and people rushing to grab them in hopes of re-selling them for 2-3 times the price. I can only imagine all of the greasy, cum stained hands holding onto Pokemon booster boxes/packs right now.
