If you get the chance, I'd recommend you check out the Jazz III's by Dunlop. They make them in 1.0-1.5mm size, but they're way shorter while also being so thick. I have that purple 1.5 pick you have, and it's like half the length while also retaining the same thickness. I got some 2 months ago and don't think I could ever go back to anything else, they suit my playing style perfectly.
