You might be the first person who has been excited to go to an Applebee's in the last 25 years. But, I do understand why you would be, I enjoy going to a couple of chains like that every once and awhile still.

Long John Silvers is in fact still in business. I really enjoy their food, but I've made sure not to eat there in the last 3-4 years. The last time I ate there there was 4 of us, and all 4 of us basically were taking turns exploding on the toilet for the next 4-5 hours afterwards. So, I've just sworn them off sadly.
