Damn, I'm surprised this made you so flaccid. Though, I agree this movie wasn't very scary. I did think it had some fairly creepy imagery and moments though. This was one of my top 10 movies of 2019 easily. I though this shit bopped hard. And, I consider The Shining to be one of my top 3 horror films of all time. Can't say I could see how they were even thinking of doing a 3rd film considering there is no third book, so yeah.
