Nature is so amazing. Guess you couldn't eat a bad egg if you wanted to. I suppose that's why things stink. An amazing mother we have, indeed.
Sure got many a guffaw from this post. As often-usual...I so enjoy your writing style. Plus, I'm now intrigued, and want to head to Georgia to see this creative car dealer /graveyard thingy. Such are the things of life that fascinate to no end.
It IS amazing how chickens resemble dinosaurs, though I guess they ARE related, somewhere back on that spreading tree. (And how would I know anyway, what a dinosaur looks like, running across a back yard, except our standard lizards are smaller versions. So temper that thought a bit.) But there IS that look in their eyes, of both lizard and bird, that suggests little beyond, "Can I EAT it", and of course, your new (to me) observation, "BABIES"!! (I'm not privy to chickens on a daily basis, and see more relatives to dinosaurs in the cold blooded realm, than the chooks, so the basic "EAT" is all I'm familiar with. At least until today. Now I know one more factoid than I did yesterday. Chicken thoughts=BABIES. As I said, life is amazing within this nature thing.)
Anyway, I've forgotten where this was going, so will just say thanks for the major entertainment. And I've really got to get some chickens one of these days. Gas mask included, because I love fresh eggs, don't have a disposal, and I'm constantly thinking of the other, fascinating things of life, like your signs, while doing. Which sounds quite dangerous in chickenville. Cheers
