I know that when the tide is low, the best time to accumulate arrived, but I as a person living in a world that requires more effort to just provide food on our plate cannot always just doing accumulating. Its really is sad that when the best time to owned arrived, some people cannot always follow this rule.. they needed to step out to find a better source of income.
