Wage increase here in our country, Philippines, always comes late vs. the prices of everything that are consumables. And why they increase the salary? its just because masses are already angry. Most of the politician holding the budget position here always focus on how to maintain the government profit and wait for people strikes before they will listen to their difficulties. This is actually not a rant. Just my observation based on what they show on our local news.
