They look absolutely delicious 👏👏👏 Spring rolls to me are always challenging... I love them but the shop-bought ones aren't as nice, but making them myself (dealing with phyllo pastry) seems like hard work. I didn't know that they should be frozen, that's good, it means you can make lots of them in advance!

The puff pastry version looks so good too - thank you for sharing, I must give this recipe a try!
