Just found your blog and my eyes were rather drawn to the Japanese cheesecakes as I grew up in Japan. To me it's the best!

I can't remember ever eating chimaki. For some reason I thought it was sweet. The Taiwanese chimaki looks delicious, I just watched the recipe video too, thank you. カエルの卵！ 怖い😂
