I don't despise AI, but I do think we as a society need to figure out how to control it better before it gets even better. Older folks might be mroe or less ok, but I do worry about kids. The kids in my son's class are always turning to Gemini for everything. I am being forced to constantly remind my son "Just like a calculator, it is a good tool, but you need to learn how to think for yourself before you start using it to think for you"
