Ah, Nagoya Castle. I've been here many times (since it's only a short train ride from my town). I've often said that Nagoya Castle is one of the best looking castles in Japan — provided you don't go inside, where it is more museum than castle. Last I heard a few years ago there was talk of actually building a new Nagoya castle, this time with an authentic inside. I'm not sure if anything came of that idea.
