If I could manage it, I'd love to get up at 4am. When I was at college, I worked the early shift at Meijer, which meant I was waking up at 4am. The quiet before everyone wakes up is wonderful. Maybe when my kids are older and I don't have to stay up trying to manage them (making them do homework, take a bath, etc) I can return to that. As is, I am up till midnight or 1am and have to wake up by 6. Unfortunately I don't get much quiet time. It's wake up, turn the heat on so everyone isn't freezing, start some breakfast, then wake the kids.
