Hello all! Another week and it’s time again to do another #myhivegoals post, a series idea started by started by @jongolson. This also doubles as my weekly progress report for #saturdaysavers, which is a fun little group that tries to motivate everyone to save and reach their goals. I’m going to look at the progress I’ve made on my Hive goals, as well as give a few tokens I’m looking at right now. If you are here for the comment SBI giveaway, well, we’ll get to that too.

Let’s start with my Hive goals.

Hive

My current goal is 35k Hive.

Last week I made 213.6, bringing me to 23794.69 total Hive Power. That’s 68.0% of my goal!

Math time. 35k - 23794.69 gives us 11205.31. Divided out by the days till the first of next year, we get 35.3 Hive needed per day to reach 35k by that point. 213.6 works out to around 30.514 per day, which still places me short of that 35.3 daily goal, but at least I’m closer than I was on last week’s goals post.

BRO & PIMP

Last week I bought and earned 1.165, which puts me at 528.27 total or 52.8% of my goal. Not much progress, as usual. If I wasn’t so focused on growing my HIVE, I could probably make more gains here, but as is, it’s going to be a long long way to 1000.

Progress in PIMP was a little more. I made 366.39 PIMP last week, and I also caught the market at the right time and bought 2500 more for a fairly low price. Altogether, that puts me at 68756.28 — 68.8% of my goal.

Silver

I haven’t been able to make it to the coin store in a while. A buddy asked me to look for some Japanese coins for him so I have a reason to go beyond buying more things for me, but it wasn’t in the cards last week. Maybe this week I’ll be able to drop in there and see what they have.

The market closed the week up, after a midweek drop.

Let’s hope it keeps climbing this week!
