Before is to the left, and the after to the right. I marked where I've been working in red as reference.
Once I get this arched building finished, it's really just a matter of completing the Boston Coffee Co. building, as well as the two opera banners, then finally the foreground. I've been holding off on doing the foreground since the location of the reflections depends on the location of the buildings and other things above.
I worked on the railing above the arch, made another attempt at the corbels below the railing, and worked on the details around and inside the arch. This involved adjusting the vertical line between the brick and arched building, and I also adjusted the brick building on the other side where it meets the white building, that needs a touch or two of details to finish it. Naturally, the more I look, the more I will find. At some point I have to call it done, but not yet. I love how the windows above the coffee shop now read like windows instead of ink blots. What did you see in the blots? Don't tell me!
So, this is where another hour got me. There's another 5-10 more at least to go. That's nothing.
I hope you enjoy my posts. Please consider upvoting or following me to see more!
