Mining Issue # 1 WHAT IS MINING ? What is this mining everyone is talking about?

Today on my first post about mining I will explain what mining is.

To make things Short and easy to understand, MINING is the process of using your Computer power to obtaining new Crypto Currencies and sell them for money or keep them Stored in your Crypto Wallet.

How can your pc do this??

PC's have a Processor and a Graphics card. Both can be used to solve mathematical puzzles Required by the mining network in order to solve Block solutions and in exchange they will give you coins every time a Block has been solved.

How do i make my pc start mining? i want free coins !!!

Well, I would not call it free coins, because your pc cost you money and it runs on electricity that also cost money. I would say you are actually making your pc work for you. In order to start Mining you will need to download some Miner programs and set them up on your pc, but i will not cover this today, it will be covered in another issue#

There is other ways to mine for crypto coins, Pc's are just one way of doing it. there is also specialized equipment called Asics and a few other way to mine coins.
