Today's post is about a lightpainting trip I made mi-june close to my home.
I was happy to visit again this location I scouted during April. After a very pleasant 1st session here, I wanted to take a different path in my creative process using that nice tunnel.
For that picture, I first drew the abstract light calligraphy using a RGB LED strip, a double hot/cold white LED strip and an aorange single LED. Then I lit the tunnel alternatively with light-blue and orange 8 times to create my background. At last I worked with black optic fiber mounted on a flashlight and handled with a third-arm and my camera rotation tool to create that circle effect :

No layers /no Photoshop / no editing except minor adjustments (lens correction profite, WB, contrast (+12)) and addition of my logo.

WHAT IS LIGHTPAINTING?
Lightpainting is a photographic technique in which exposures are made by moving a hand-held light source while taking a long exposure photograph, either to illuminate a subject or to shine a point of light directly at the camera, or by moving the camera itself during exposure. Nothing is added or removed in post processing.
