It's been a long term plan of mine to run an informational website on the cryptocurrency markets. I've followed dozens of blogs, watched hours of videos and read a few books on the subject. I've got notebooks filled with all the tidbits I thought might be helpful. As a hobbyist researcher and aspiring writer, I don't have any practical experience on the operations-side of business.
So naturally, when I'd read and watched enough, I jumped in with both feet. I bought a domain and got hosted, designed a simple layout from a template and I've updated all my latest posts from here, to there. The roadmap I have in mind for the content provision will include news, white paper reviews, ICO spotlights and fundamental analysis data. The marketing I have in mind will rely primarily on social media; Steem/DTube, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Gab.ai, etc.
In terms of monetization, I'm not a fan of advertising services, but I do like affiliate links or targeted static ads.
I am completely open to suggestions.
