Greetings hivians. Let me share with you how my Tuesday went.

Today something happened that made me sit down and think while sipping my wine.

I went to my area for a small purchasing and I met a friend.
A very old friend.

This is someone I worked and lived in his area some years ago. When I was new in that area, I knew nobody.
No family, no friend. Just me.

But this man opened his door for me.

He gave me where to sleep.
He showed me where to work.
He ate with me from the same plate.
He never asked me where are you from?
He just saw me as a brother.

Today, after many years, I met him again in my own area. He was passing, looking for someone.
When he saw me, he shouted my name.
We hugged like brothers who just returned from war.

We sat down, we laughed, we remembered the old days. How we struggled together. How we had nothing but we had happiness.

The Lesson That Came To My Mind is life is a circle.

The stranger you help today can become your helper tomorrow.

The person you ignore today can become your connection tomorrow.

If I had hurt that man when I was in his area, or if he had hurt me when I was a stranger, today we would not have hugged. We would have turned our faces away.

That is why I always tell my students and my children never hurt a stranger because you don't know tomorrow.

That stranger you see today selling pure water may be your boss tomorrow.
That stranger you see trekking today may give you a lift tomorrow.
That man you laugh at today may wipe your tears tomorrow.

Be good to people.
Even when you don't know them.

Because you may meet again. And when you meet again, will you be happy to see each other, or will you hide your face?

Today, I was happy to see my friend, Mr. Chuks.
Very happy and I thank God that when we were together before, we kept it clean.

I have you never met someone after many years and felt so grateful as when I met with Chuks today.
