I'm not sure where you are sourcing your information from that suggests meat is bad for you however I had trouble finding ANY information to support this opinion. To the contrary, I was able to readily

Dairy cheese in itself is very good as part of a weight loss diet in that it is very low in carbs and satiating. Of course combine that with junk food that's high in carbs and you negate its benefits.

Excellent post particularly for those new to the game. It's also worth mentioning Guilds which offer further rewards simply by joining one. My guild for example offers shop discounts and extra DEC rewards

Couldn't agree more. It's easy to focus on our mistakes and failures. It can take real effort sometimes to instead focus our minds on our successes. Those that win this battle however tend to win more

Here ya go

That looks good. I have made similar but added some chicken stock before baking and cubed the potatoes instead of making chips. You can also vary it by adding some fried onion. Delicious.

And all because of a megalomaniac.

Beautiful photos

Bots are a PITA and should be removed asap. Aggroed may allow them because its more profit for him but it comes at an expense to the players and investors in the game.

If your not in a guild your really missing out. Additionally, guilds will play a larger role in the game as it expands with land implementation etc. If you are a med-high ranked player we are on the lookout

Awesome explanation of how this all works. Have been playing steemmonsters for 3 years and had no idea how this all works.

We have an awesome team behind Splinterlands. This is still early days in the development of the game. Wait until it transitions from a card game into a game where you login then decide what 'sort' of

Excellent. Thankyou.

Awesome. Thankyou.

Renters and bots are ruining the game IMO. Just check the 'power' of the players in the top leagues at the end of the season. It's a joke. I've been playing for over 3 years and barely make it to Diamond

You are right. I have never agreed with allowing bots. They add nothing to the game and only detract from it. Posted using Splintertalk

So much good info. And not just info we need to be made aware of but also we need to be reminded of it. Grounding bare feet on the earth feeling the grass beneath you, yes I agree we need to do this often.

Ha yes I noticed that huge contribution and be assured its not wasted. One lesson I have learned in life is the benefits of giving. Keep an eye on that store upgrade :)

Another great write up Simone. And yea you gotta hate them scavengers lol
