In this hot spell it's a good strategy to keep out of the sun really but it's so inviting to get outside and enjoy it 馃槣.
I visited my mother today and took a few shots of her roses. Lovely blooms on show this summer everywhere. As I walked into town I passed lots of people tending their gardens, and why not? The perfect weather for it!
The grass is full of wild flowers too. This one is a common sight on heathland, but I don't know what it's called. A common name I think is 'rabbits ear' but I might be wrong.
I really like visiting my mum's garden in summer, such a peaceful place to sit for a while. 馃槑
