After getting a better understanding of how the Binance BNB token works, I found two more exchanges with a similar structure. Link to the crypto gurus original video:

KuCoin claims to have a coin buy back program similar to Binance but after I looked closer it seems to be more bark than bite.

Coss Coin is based in Singapore and has the same affiliate marketing structure as Binance only without the advantage of a coin buy back program.
