Hi @trincowski
Trust me (as a researcher and biologist who work with them): there is no problem in touching and handling any of them, even the most deadly species in the world: Amanita phalloides (Death Cap). I did it many times.
The real problem is in their intake.
To get sick, you will have to ingest them. Allways. And sometimes in dosages that you never get to take.
Of course, you should never ingest a species that you don't know and that you are not 100% sure is edible! It can be mortal!
But you can always touch and examine any species. If you're afraid, just wash your hands afterwards.
Cheers!
