Hi my friend, let's start with asio:
so let me know if you have changed the latency in Asio app like this:

Choose your Audio Interface (Focusrite Scarlett Solo) but in my case it was Audient iD14

and then change the Audio buffer Size, it is also depends on your computer or Laptop CPU, If it can handle it, (Some audio interface has their own builtin CPU and some does not have that feature but it is still ok, it can use your PC or laptop CPU, so you can change buffer size from 512 to 128 if it couldn't handle it then choose 256.

The smaller the buffer size, the lower the latency you'll get.

Ok, now if that didn't fix your problem, then we are going to fix it in Ableton Live,

if you are using Mac, go to Live, Prefrences then in the Audio Tab
on Windows simply go to Options and then choose Prefrences:

check the device if it chose Asio or Focusrite Directly? (I need to know)

and then check the latency section and set it to a lower number for a lower latency (in my case I can change that sample rate in my Audio Interface App) but it is also changeable in this section which I am showing you in the image below:

another way to reduce latency is to go to Options and then choose Reduce Latency when monitoring (Which I added a line around it in the image above
