@erikah If you read my post, you well know what is the problem, and you know that your reply doesn't solve in any way that problem.

Then, I know that the value of a post came to me after 7 days, but I explain in my post why the reason of a downvote is criminal if based on a personal policy. If you read there, with the "Bakery Case" section in my post, you know well this second problem.

And third, I explained in the post you said have read WHY I can't complete the blacklist appeal.

The fundamental point is that more users think that a translation is a duplication of a content: this is the personal policy by which the users start their action against me. But a translation isn't the same content.

I repeat: at the moment, I can't do anything, because the consequence of the solution indicated is to not publish a translation or publish without any type of possibility to receive a contribution, or being downvoted after posting that translation.

This is not a way, is only a criminal method to abuse of a strength position to impose a personal policy.
