I would like to share with you my daily report. These are my Yesterday Daily activities, on November 13, 2022.

In the morning I biked to Albiano Magra, following some cyclists and former training mates. I saw a big inflatable arch. I continued to Santo Stefano Magra and Avenza, passed by a bread shop and spending more than usual. I saw a man that said me he didn't see me in the roundabout area. I came back home, had a shower, ate Gnocchi and remained at rest. I watched video, read some pages of a book and went to bed after having dinner and publishing a post.

WAR CHRONICLES

After more than two years and the end of the Sars-cov2 warning period, the situation in Italy remains under check. Since the last part of the spring, the media talked about a new variant, renamed as Omicron BA.5. You can find more info about the past in my Actifit posts up to 23 June (FOLLOW THIS LINK to read them). The pandemic situation in the world continues. The new government said that the statistics about the Sars-cov2 situation in Italy will be published once a week. Below, the numbers after the report publication about the period between 4th and 10th November by the Italian Ministry of Health and the ISS.

New cases: 181181

Ending February, media talked about a big crisis between Russian Federation and Ukraine: the italian government proclaimed a state of humanitarian emergency. Media showed some bad aftermaths of military operations in Ukraine. The media talk about sanctions taken against Russia, trying to obtain a ceasefire. They said that the situation has led to increases in the price of various energy sources and some partial or total stop to the trades in many areas around the world. I saw the variation of many prices also in the area where I live in. Luckily, some government interventions have temporarily attenuated the price growth. During summer, journalists talked about a growing drought in many Italy's areas.

Mi piacerebbe condividere con voi il mio report giornaliero. Queste sono le mie attività per la giornata di ieri, 13 Novembre 2022.

In mattinata ho pedalato fino ad Albiano Magra, seguendo dei ciclisti ed ex compagni di allenamento. Ho visto un grosso arco gonfiabile. Ho continuato fino a Santo Stefano Magra e ad Avenza, fermandomi a una panetteria e spendendo più del solito. Ho visto un signore che ha detto di non avermi visto all'interno di una rotonda. Sono tornato a casa, ho fatto una doccia e mangiato degli Gnocchi. Sono rimasto a risposo, ho guardato video, letto qualche pagina di un libro e sono andato a letto dopo aver cenato e pubblicato un post.
