That red flag is on my workplace, they MEVER give awards when you complete a big project (like 300-400k€ paid from the customer), just a shitty mail saying "thanks everyone"... No wage increase, no una tantum money, nothing at all... In the last years it even worsened as not even the thanks mail arrives

The only time I had a wage increase is when a guy in the office wanted to leave and to keep him they gave him a wage increase and he said that the whole office was unhappy with the wage and others might leave, so the wage increase was given to everyone... The only way to get something there is threat to go away
